Ninja Nutritious Beverage
This is how I make a Ninja blended drink;
I make a salad on the side while I'm doing up the drink. I'm no cook nor expert at this. This is just what I do daily or every couple of days to crank up my servings of veggies. The blended drink will hopefully be about 80/20% veggies to fruit.
This is the 780 that does single blended drinks like the NutriBullet. I also have the Ultima for 72 oz drinks and other stuff.
That takes care of the veggie part. Now I'll add some flavor to sweeten it up a bit, some fruit and Superfood spices;
Some fruit I squeeze or blend and pour into ice trays to freeze and use for later. It works to cool down the drink and add flavor to it.
Due to the berries, we've gone from green to purple.
Got my salad going with other chopped up vegetables, plus stuff I don't use in the drink, like onions.
The spices and superfoods... Whole fresh ingredients are best, but some things I like to have handy for convenience too.
Now I've got a drink to take to work for later and something to sip on now.
A blended drink is good down to the last sip, pulp and all. The juicer makes a better consistency, but that fiber gets thrown away or recyled outside of our bodies. It's my opinion that the fiber and nutrients in the pulp is what helps up lose weight and gain nutrition. The scale tells me that my opinion is working.
Cleanup time. Water and a drop of soap and it's ready to rip.
Let the blender do the work. Five seconds and done.
Ready to put away for tomorrow.
Next up, the 1600 watt triple-bladed Ninja Ultima.
